Do I need a care plan?+
Sites need hosting, security and updates to stay fast and safe. A plan bundles all of it (usually cheaper than buying separately) plus real human edits each month. You can also self-manage — your platform is yours.
What's included vs. billed separately?+
Managed hosting, SSL, CDN, backups, monitoring and your monthly edit hours are included. Domains are at-cost (free for a year on annual plans on higher tiers).
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Annual plans unlock the best pricing and bundled domain/hosting.
What if I go over my hours?+
We'll flag it first and either roll work into next month or quote any larger change up front. No surprise bills.
