1. Agreement

By accessing the OWNIT client portal you agree to these terms. The portal is provided by OWNIT SOFTWARE to manage your project, invoices, documents, deliverables and communications.

2. Services & deliverables

Project scope, timelines and deliverables are as agreed in your proposal. Work is delivered in stages; you'll be asked to confirm receipt of deliverables in your portal.

3. Payments

Invoices are due by the date stated on each invoice. Online payments are processed by Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (international). Late or unpaid invoices may pause active work.

4. Support & maintenance

Support and maintenance are provided under your selected plan. A free trial support window may apply after launch; once it ends, continued support, maintenance, hosting and domain services require an active paid plan.

5. Add-ons & custom work

Add-on services and custom builds are quoted separately. Catalogue prices reflect a build/setup cost and may vary based on scope.

6. Referral rewards

Referral credit notes are issued only when a referred deal is signed off, are valid for 12 months from issue, apply to project, software, app or website work (not to monthly support or maintenance), and may be redeemed against the eligible service with the balance payable.

7. Confidentiality

Files and information shared through the portal are treated as confidential and used only to deliver your project.
